Or as it's officially known, the EDF Energy London Eye.
Which was met with a general "Fuck off" by the rest of the planet. And rightly so.

Indeed. Except it choose that exact moment to start raining -_-
The image would have probably have been clearer otherwise.

Because London is filled with money grabbing bastards?

<rant>
Seriously, it cost me £10 for a glass of coke and some nachos. Anywhere else in the UK (or the planet, for that matter), and it'd be surprising if I was charged more than £5.
Think I'm buying all snacky stuff at Guildford Station before I go to London next time.

LOL Just traveling to the UK in general will cost me about (possibly over) $1000. It sucks.

Actually, just under. About ~$980, or ~£620.

Also, why the hell do the majority of American business websites look like their from the 80s? -_-

Hah... Well you add the hotel price, price of a pasport, I need a suitcase (I can probably borrow one from a friend or neighbor), food, drink, CANDY, transportation to and from hotel/airport, candy...

Yeah, at that point, going further away from the capitol looks more appealing.
Seriously, I find it funny that so many tourists don't realize they can go further out from London, and still be able to get easily back into London.
